- For the trampers and nature lovers amongst you; the renowned Blue Springs (Te Waihou Walkway) is only a five minute drive, and the Maungatautari Ecological Island is also only 20 minutes drive away.
- The Waikato River Cycle track & walkways can also be accessed from a short drive. The Karapiro lake with all the water sports you can imagine 15 minutes drive.
