Welcome to Paddockwood Bed and Breakfast. The owners are Susan and Peter.

We are located 1 km past Okoroire Hotel.

Paddockwood is a one level rambling home, 5 mins drive from the township of Tirau,
set in the countryside, with the view over a lovely working farm. It has been featured in the New Zealand House and Garden magazine in February 2017, and is also currently on the Airbnb website.
Tastefully decorated, clean and quiet.

There are two rooms available- one with a king size bed and the other with a queen, a full size bathroom that is all yours. I only rent out the two rooms on the same night if your in the same group to ensure privacy.
Sleep in fresh linen sheets with block out curtains or rest in your rooms with doors that open onto a table and chairs on the terrace where you may wish sit and watch the sun go down. There also is an outside fireplace should you wish to dine outside- by proir arrangement we can do a night meal for you where you can sit outside in front of the fire for $35 per person.

In the winter the house is lovely and warm and you’ll be kept warm with electric blankets etc & in the summer it is lovely cool house, with the choice of air-conditioning or you can even sleep with the doors open, and you’ll hear the fountain trickle.

Wake up to a full cooked breakfast which is included in the price. Fresh farm eggs, bacon and wholegrain toast & preserves with your choice of freshly made tea or brewed coffee.

Plenty of parking, safe and secure.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is 10am.
I’m sorry but the house is not suitable for children or animals as there is a small dog and cat already on the the property
