Tirau Golf Club

We warmly welcome you to Tirau Golf Club’s park-like 18 hole, 65 par course. It provides fun, enjoyment and challenges for established golfers, beginners and social groups.

You can be here in just under 2 hours from Auckland.

An easy three hours walking will get you around the course.  Cart Hire, $35 is an option to get you around even quicker.  Green Fees $20 every day.  Nine holes is also an option. There are plenty of challenges even in our eight par 3’s, and the ponds that love to swallow balls.

The Clubhouse with a bar is the place to relax.  The course being in the heart of Waikato is a great venue for social clubs and events.  Catering can be arranged. We can comfortably seat 60, (or more) enquire with our Club Manager John Kelson.

Two minutes drive to Tirau township with its iconic Dog and Sheep buildings, boutique shops and cafes, provide entertainment after golf, or for the non-golfer. Hobbiton is a world-renown local attraction, about 10 minutes drive from the Course.

First Wednesday of the month, Midweek Tournament, tees open from 9am – 11.30am
